How to prepare
- Dry roast the mix for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Add 2.5 cups of water and bring to a boil.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 minutes until soft.
- Finish with ghee or cold-pressed gingelly oil for authentic flavour.
Serves 2. Ready in under 15 minutes.
