Gingelly oil has been the everyday cooking oil of Tamil Nadu for thousands of years and for good reason. Cold pressed from premium sesame seeds at low temperatures, our organic gingelly oil retains the full natural profile of the seed including sesamol and sesamin, two powerful antioxidants unique to sesame that are largely stripped away in refined oil processing.
The difference between cold pressed and refined sesame oil for cooking is significant. Refined oil is processed at high heat with chemicals, losing most of its nutrients and characteristic nutty aroma. Cold pressing keeps the oil golden, fragrant, and nutritionally intact.

How to Use
