Refund and Cancellation Policy

At GD Farm Fresh, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, specific conditions apply.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel within 2 hours of order placement by contacting us.
  • After Dispatch: Cancellations are not accepted once the order is with our delivery partner.

2. Refunds

  • Damaged or Faulty Products: Report within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Incorrect Items: Notify us within 24 hours.
  • Process: Upon approval, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non‑Refundable

  • Change of mind or delayed delivery beyond the estimated time.
  • Products consumed, partially consumed, or without supporting evidence of defect.
